I have loved playing a small part in Melior’s establishment and growth over the past few years.
What you’ll find me doing in my spare time:
Learning about PBS—I wish I was joking! I am very passionate about supporting people with disability to lead fulfilling lives. I firmly believe that people deserve to live the life they want to live.
I am forever reading and learning more about ways to improve my practice to benefit my clients. Aside from that, I love going on long walks, listening to live music, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends.

My career highlight is through my work alongside Outcare to identify, assess and provide recommendations to the NDIS for women involved in the justice system who may be eligible for supports.
This program has successfully supported women involved in the justice system to gain access to vital supports through the National Disability Insurance Scheme, which is one step forward in breaking the cycle of recidivism.
What you’ll find me doing in my spare time:
Spending time with my dogs, dancing and travelling the world.

Melior has supportive Co-Managing Directors who know what it is like to work on the floor as a PBS Practitioner. They have implemented a suite of flexible working options to allow each individual to reach their potential in an environment free from unnecessary stress.

While there are many small ‘wins’ every day, my biggest achievement has been helping a client reconnect with the community after 18 months of isolation.
What you’ll find me doing in my spare time:
In my spare time, you’ll find me travelling, crafting, laughing with friends, gardening, and listening to Taylor Swift.

One of the most rewarding parts of being a PBS Practitioner has been guiding clients and support networks out from being lost and fearful, to a place where everyone feels safe to take measured risks and pursue a good life.
What you’ll find me doing in my spare time:
When not enjoying quality time with my beautiful wife and son, I love watching films on the weird or dreadful side, reading philosophy and theory, or playing the odd video game. I’m eager to return to running indie TTRPGs when the little one is a little less… little!

What you’ll find me doing in my spare time: In my spare time, I really enjoy spending time with my two kids and husband going on bush walks and park plays together. I also enjoy activities that I find relaxing such as crafting and doing puzzles.

Transitioning from hands-on NDIS support work to a leadership role as Client Services Manager has been incredibly rewarding. This progression allowed me to combine my direct care experience with strategic oversight, ensuring quality service delivery while mentoring support staff. Successfully managing client cases and building strong therapeutic relationships has reinforced my passion for disability support services, now being in a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner role.
What you’ll find me doing in my spare time:
I value spending quality time with my partner and maintaining an active lifestyle through running and rowing training. My interests in language learning, philosophy and theology keep me intellectually engaged. I’m passionate about giving back to the community through volunteering for not-for-profit organisations.

Helping a younger client coming into adulthood exercise their independence and develop appropriate skills to effectively regulate their emotions.
Since my involvement, this client has been supported to advocate for themselves regarding important decisions, developed independence as a young adult, and has found ways to safely express their emotions.
I have developed a strong therapeutic relationship with this client and enjoy spending time reflecting together on the progress they have made, and how they can continue to develop!
What you’ll find me doing in my spare time:
During my spare time I’ll either be hanging out with my friends, watching AFL, training at the gym, or spending time outdoors!

Taking my dogs to the beach, listening to more podcasts than I probably should, catching the latest movies at the cinema, and exploring my interests in different cultures, psychology, and philosophy.

I dedicate most of my spare time to my kids and family. I also study clinical psychology part-time, which enhances my professional growth and understanding of human behaviour.
Staying active through exercise energises me, and catching up with friends provides invaluable support and laughter. Additionally, I love engaging in creative activities, whether sculpture, painting, or exploring new artistic expressions. These pursuits keep me balanced, inspired, and fulfilled.
