Your day-to-day looks like:

stakeholders understand the person’s underlying needs that may be
contributing to behaviours that pose a risk of harm.

each client’s individual needs through strategies that work for
them.
Learning: Hone your skills
daily to ensure the best evidence-based practice.
Let's talk about you!
You’re passionate
about working with people with disability.
Degree in psychology,
speech pathology, occupational therapy, social work, education, or nursing
is a must.
You’re committed
to understanding the principles of evidence-based practice and applying
this practice as a PBS practitioner.
You’re eager to
work in a role where no two days are the same including various
environments like homes, workplaces, the community, schools, prisons, and
more.
You manage and
prioritise your workload to meet your client’s needs.
You excel at building
relationships. No matter if it’s with your client, their family,
support workers, or medical providers.
You have exceptional
communication skills - written and verbal.
You have an Australian
driver’s licence.
